We are not able to help you with this. If you are have a problem where you purchased the fan, you need to talk to the store. If you need to talk to the manufacturer of your fan because it is broken, please do so.

- Do not talk to us like we are dogs or we are not going to help you. Be respectful. Again, we are offering a free service, we will try to help you as much as we can.

- You must tell us the make of the fan (Hampton Bay, Hunter) and the model, also the size, what part you need, and as much information as possible.

- Please do not use hotmail addresses like hotone79@hotmail.com or spammy e-mails, we will not reply to these.

- Please e-mail us, don't call us, we are busy in server rooms, building other websites, or fixing fans, we are unable to answer the phone. If you are placing a large order and want support you can request for us to call you in the contact form. Include your # and best time to reach, including time zone.
